Shipping & Digital Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Digital Products:
Downloadable products (such as eBooks, planners, workbooks, templates, and other digital files) are delivered instantly after purchase via email or through a download link at checkout.

Physical POD Products:
Our print-on-demand products have a processing time of 3–6 business days.
Shipping times vary based on product type and destination country, typically between 7–20 business days.
Customized items may take a little longer.

Please note: Seasonal demand and global events may occasionally delay fulfillment by up to 5 additional business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding!


Why was my order shipped separately?

We partner with several print-on-demand providers (like Printful, Printify, and Gelato) who operate from various fulfillment centers in the US, UK, Canada, and China.
As a result, multi-item orders may be shipped separately from different locations.
If you receive one item before the others, don’t worry — the rest are on their way!


My order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but it hasn’t arrived:

  • Check your mailbox, porch, apartment office, or local parcel pickup point.
  • Ask your neighbors or housemates in case it was delivered nearby.
  • If you still cannot locate your package, please email us: mirkkumarketing@gmail.com

Where do your products ship from?

POD products are shipped from various fulfillment centers operated by our print partners in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and China.


Digital Product Access Issues

Didn’t receive your digital download?

  • First, check your spam/junk/promotions folder.
  • If still missing, contact us at: mirkkumarketing@gmail.com
    We’ll make sure you get access promptly.

Payment Information

We offer secure checkout and accept:

  • PayPal
  • Credit & debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

All payments are securely processed through Shopify, and your data is protected under PCI-DSS security standards.

Shopify encrypts and stores your data only as long as necessary to complete your purchase. Once the transaction is complete, your payment data is deleted.

My card was declined. What can I do?

Make sure the following info is accurate:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code (CVV)
  • Billing address

If you’ve recently changed any of this info, try entering it again.
